Re: i have freeze, i dont know this issue
You have installed PR on a drive that might be using spinning hard disks. If I remember correctly, Windows' default power plan turns off spinning disks after 20 minutes. Spinning up disks can cause freezes you just described. Because you have only 10 GB free on your SSD, relocating the game is not an option, and relocating might not even help if Windows needs that drive for anything during game play. Instead, you could try to disable power saving on the spinning disk.
Right-click Start button -> Run -> powercfg.cpl to open Windows Power settings. Then, next to whatever power plan is active, click Change plan settings -> Change advanced power settings -> Hard disks -> Turn off hard disks after -> Setting (Minutes): 0 (zero). If there is a drop-down menu of power plans in the same dialog, you can do the same for every power plan you have. |

Re: i have freeze, i dont know this issue
I am using an additional hard disk connected to external storage. Could that be the cause? There is no additional hard disk slot in the computer.
The power settings are the same. (hard disk turn off set, 0min) However, there was no freezing phenomenon in the past, but the freezing phenomenon became worse after some time, so I have a question. |

Re: i have freeze, i dont know this issue
All I can say is that I encountered similar freezes when my spinning disk backup drive was stopped and Windows needed that drive for something (probably to write file history). Disabling hard disk power saving solved the issue for me. YMMV.
