Hallo PR Community, this project hosted by PRID. Before, there is already a thread that make a concept Indonesia faction in 2011 on https://www.realitymod.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=388 , we inspired because of that and having a team-up with the rest Indonesia PR players. So let’s discuss some design plan.

And we are open for anyone want to help, just hit me on PM and with some sneak peak vehicle progress. The WIP status on separate thread.

1. Shotgun : Choosing between Benelli M4 or SPAS-12 for breacher class, since it was a standard issue shotgun we choose SPAS-12
2. Sniper Rifle : We intend to put 2 types of sniper because AW already available on british faction while we are working on Pindad sniper rifle SPR-3
3. Light Anti Tank : Same as sniper rifle, using a norinco PF-89 while we are working on Instalaza C90 CR

Note :
1. Truck Variant : Some division still using M35 Truck while gradually phase out by Isuzu NPS75
2. Komodo Variant : There is some pros and cons with komodo jeep.

Pros :
a. Multipurpose vehicle, we can use Komodo Jeep with SM-2 armament having 25mm or 30mm and ATGM or AA Classification Light Scout same class VN-3 (maybe?) and Komodo can be equipped by launcher system Mistral AA classification medium AAV.
b. Same class with APC can carry personal up to 12 (with gunner and driver include), im gonna upload some reference from official brochure pindad you can see detail in here. https://pindad.com/catalog-and-brochures Click on "Weapon, special, purpose vehicle, munitions brochure"
c. Fast Vehicle
d. Substitution for ATM Jeep and ATGM Vehicle
e. Uniques vehicle original from Indonesia

Cons:
a. Not every division has it (not regular forces)

3. Heavy Scout/Light Tank : PT-76 and Scorpion already ingame, but we are working on new model for the gun. Since Indonesia army using PT-76 retrofit using 90mm cockerill and Scorpion 2 with 90mm cockerill
4. Medium Tank : Harimau/Kaplan this is just a wishlist (not joking) Future add-on

Maps
There are some map inspired to create a new one, include wandshan, xiangshan, operation barracuda, hill 488. We are working concept one of the Island on Indonesia

Soldier
The Malvinas camouflage are chosen as the standard uniform for Indonesian military and it’s the camouflage for the Indonesia faction. The helmet for Indonesian faction are Mich-2000 ballistic helmet with it’s own unique helmet cover with side-rail mount and ops-core norotos shroud. The body armor for Indonesia faction is black color variant of USMC’s style body armor

In general, I would say focus on most important assets and maps, specially maps! Also, are you planing to make Marines and Army as separate factions? If that is case, first make one, then other. Good luck, you will need it.

Second thing, you need to make your new maps. Do not reuse maps already in game!!!

It's inspired for the river and the beach A new maps we are working on it and using on current map for check & balance purpose Not to reuse it
