My updater is closing when he gets in 10%

But at any rate; your firewall may be stopping the action based on a file it doesn't "like" Try turning it off or placing it in "learning mode". If this works you will be able to play with firewall on next time you try. Also at the firewall make sure that any PR files aren't quarantined. On my firewall (Comodo) I have the option to unblock applications. I had to do this in order to play PR.

*Go to the PRBF2 help forum if still in need. I'm confidant someone will be of assistance.
