Default Trans heli dropping timing

So... what is the proper standard operating procedure on this one?

Should the heli drop a crate before everybody jumps out?
Or should the heli wait for everyone to jump out, then drop the crate?

It's an annoying thing... Every now and then I get squashed by the crate when jumping out.

Whenever I am using the Trans Chopper, I usually land the chopper, give the squad a few seconds to clear the area (mainly so I don't whack them when I clear the LZ), drop the crate and fly off.

Although, I don't really plan for this to happen, it just pans out like this automatically, it seems to work well enough, so I'll keep it.

Drop the crate before the INF. Like when the chopper is still 5m in the air but is going to touch the ground. As longer as a chopper stays on the ground as higher is the chance of taking a HAT, AA or what ever. When you drop the crate before you safe time.

Drop the crate -> touch the ground or hover -> drop the INF -> get your ass out of there.

Of course is it essential that the INF is moving away from the chopper as soon as their feeds touch the ground.
