Musics to run to?
So, what do you guys listen when you want to run?
I'll be honest, I've done my best while listening to cadences. (All parts.) This one is nice too: There's something about hearing cadences whilst running - helps you control your breath (makes it harder to get those side stitches), and also seems to help you go farther... I know it helped me - for someone who didn't run on a regular basis, running for 5 miles at 90% max heart rate (~180bpm) is pretty good. What do you guys suggest as running songs? |

I bought this -
 Never looked back. I love the Rocky films, and when some of the songs get going, I really pick up the pace and can max out my running speed. It may be a movie soundtrack, but gosh damn its inspiring! |
