Default Are the map grid sectors wrong?

I was testing some math with a ruler to measure distances for mortar, but I noticed something odd on the map grid, it's not a perfect square, and I suppose it's a mistake. I'm not sure about this, so what do you think?

Here's a 3x zoom print on Burning Sands. I used a pixel ruler and it is not a perfect measurement, but the difference is visible.

The map, along with the rest of the UI, is stretched to meet your screens rez, and only a 1024x768 monitor or anything in that same ratio will have the UI totally correct.

Ah, I had forgotten the resolution factor, it's important ... haha
