Lol what a nutter,Why has he not been arrested for vandalism and/or carrying a offensive weapon yet?
In England tool or not you can't be carrying a sledge hammer slung over your shoulder like that.Or anything that could be used as a weapon for that matter. |

When I think of items that can be seen as "threatening", crutches are pretty far down on that list. Kind of a sign of how stupid society has gotten, when you can't even carry around everyday objects without people being afraid of you. People need to grow a pair.
