1.3.5 is standalone so you have to download it and re-install PR.
as of now you will directly install 1.3.9

Just registered right now to congratulate all the developers for the great job, new version surely does look far better than previous ones (which were great nonetheless). The only things I dislike a bit are some bugs and errors in the COOP/SP mode which I will report.

come on man. you need a virtual drive program like UltraISO , Daemon and .... ( if you have win 10 you don't need this kind of programs, win 10 has this capability ) anyway, mount iso file by one of those programs and then hit next, next, ....
