Underworld

Bite me. Gets one point because no movie featuring the presence of Bill Nighy can be entirely meritless.

1/10

Note: I would not normally have put myself through watching all 120 minutes of this mess, but my university English class (yes, really) forced me to.

"I Want To Spend The Rest Of My Life With You Tonight."

Noah

Went to see it with my church at the prem.

6/10

I wouldn't have called it Noahs Ark though, the only resemblance to the story was the ark and the water. Still, I liked their unique take on the story. Queue Butt hurt Christians who dont know the meaning of "film"

Ill be honest its almost perfect irony the amount of Christians complaining about the accuracy of the movie...

Watched Restrepo, absolute quality!

Some proper hard hitting moments in it. Was nice to see actual Americans rather than the bullshit you get through hollywood. Believe it or not but the UK doesnt get any of these documentaries, so our only source of reference for an American soldier is what we get via hollywood, which is obviously bullshit yet you wouldnt believe the amount of people that think its true (or oppositely, think all Americans are just dicks because of it).

One of my favorite documentarys.
You should Armadillo aswell. It's nearly as good as Restrepo.

What a shame that Tim Hetherington died in Lybia (he made Restrepo together with Sebastian Junger).

The thing is, it is just a movie. By Paramount. Can't get more Hollywood than that. Some of the initial reactions I have seen are hilarious!

They say things like "people will believe the lie in this film", and apparently my answer "if anyone believes anything they see in a film, they better not watch Harry Potter" was rude and uncalled for.

TIL there are Christians who dont know what Movies are.

Lone Survivor.

Don't know what to think about this. I thought the fighting-scenes were actually quite (more or less) balanced. Very impressive orchestration, hurts to watch it.
Spoiler for MURICA:

But then in the end, half the village dies, people run in the open like crazy motherfuckers and 'MURICA saves the day. They should've left out the last fighting scene, that was completely stupid.
