As for that red light, the guy was turning on yellow and it probably turned red as soon as the pic was taken?

As previously stated, many states in the US allow going right on red.

How about this system: You drive when it's green, and don't drive when it's red? No exceptions.
Seems like the obvious solution. Why all the stupid rules with turning on red, unless there's a sign and then the sings need to be colour coded, and only in some places, and if you see a goat you need to clap your hands twice and say: "Greek fire was invented in the year 672."? |
