v1.5.4 Markers not working

Played a round on Ia Drang today were all SL markers on the map didn't work. Server registered the order ("Enemy INFANTRY spotted" appeared on top), but no markers appeared on the map.

Talked with other SLs and they saw this problem recently as well.

My observation is all historical factions have this disabled now. I stopped keeping of track because there were more than a few. If I remember correctly, the Syrian Rebels on Sbeneh Outskirts still have this capability so I don't know where the line is drawn or why but I'm sure this changed recently without notice.
