As the title states, every time I try to log in I get this error message.
![]() I tried simply reinstalling the game, but when I try to retrieve my account I get the same thing. I made an offline account to check for updates, but everything seems up-to-date. I also excluded PR from firewall and all antivirus programmes, but again to no effect. I've been having this problem since I moved to Germany a couple of weeks ago. Before that it worked just fine on this same computer. Any ideas? Thanks in advance. |

UPDATE: My Planetside 2 was also not working and constantly crashing so I have been trying to fix that as well. In my attempts I was finally successful and very happy to find out that my solution for PS2 was the same as for PR:
1.) Run CMD as administrator. 2.) Type in the following: netsh winsock reset 3.) Hit "return" 3.) The cmd command console will prompt you to restart your computer. 4.) After restarting your computer, open Planetside 2. Hope this helps someone else as well. Cheers. |
