Taking the skill out of shooting. 1 app at a time. On one hand, useful. Now those impossible shots become a little more possible. On the other hand every retard and his brother can now become snipers.

TBH i think this type of technology is more of a threat to modern army's (especially Western army's) as opposed to being an advantage. With the rate technology is advancing it is very likely that someone like Iran or China will start producing cheaper equivalents which could/will easily fall into the hands of the Wests unconventional opponents. This type of system is far too perfect for any unconventional force to ignore: low training required and an assured First shot kill (given that unconventional opponents usually initiate combat this is a Massive advantage). Imagine if nearly every ambush in Iraq or Afghanistan was initiated by Insurgents with a system that assured them a first hit kill? I'm surprised that the Army hasn't considered what this system is capable of in the hands of there enemy, the first thing that should be considered when any new technology is developed. One thing is for sure, the next generation of warfare we are about to witness is going to be very different then its predecessors.

Well, if it corrects itself in flight, it must be receiving a signal from somewhere to do so... jamming that might be a start?

Laser, bounces back. Anyways, still need some skill to operate a weapon. Need to understand windage, the coriolis effect, etc.

Trial and error is a lot easier with the ap, and it's not some jedi secret. Anyone who delves into hunting would have similar knowledge.
