Win 10 Friend can hear EVERYONE in Mumble

So this just isn't a fluke, it has happened in every server and every round my friend has played. I'm trying to get him into PR, but this is a roadblock. Restarting Mumble or restarting the game does not work.

He can hear everyone in the server for some reason. Any clues? He has a newer Intel system. I'll ask him for system specs. I looked online and some other people had this problem but they never found a solution.

This only happened to me once whilst I used bluetooth headphones, I fixed it by disabling the hands-free audio device (Bluetooth devices get split in two, one is stereo the other is hands free[Basically for 'phone' calls, cause people do that apparently on PC]) through some settings that I can't recall but I'm sure you can google.
