Would love to see all this in a mod.... and yes its totally within reason to do all this..

Hey Fuzz, I thought you where sort of heading up gameplay for Squad now, if so then why not try applying these changes to the main build?

Just as PR was back when it had 2-3k peaks every night, its hard to balance changes like that with a wider spread userbase.

Benefit of doing some experimental changes in mods is that it stays relatively isolated and does not disrupt large amounts of players.

We did do some dramatic changes if you recall like removing Squad Leader Spawns etc even so, but ye I know what you mean about a separate testbed.

You told us a different story when you were hired. And then just quickly made things worse. What's the point in lying now?

Modding, yeah right. It's still dead and even owi couldn't produce a single released mod (do I need to remind you how many they've started? like 3 or 4)

Sorry fuzzhead but from my pleb perspective it doesn't look like you will be successful.
Seems like my prediction was right.

Not only did the DEVs totally throw off the CAS/AA balance and make TOWs useless against tanks, no that was not enough. They also had to introduce their most controversial change yet, a 16 character limit on player names.

Well that's kind of okay. Dollar bills and all. Just tell the truth, nothing bad in it.
What's most annoying is constant lies from these people. What's the problem of calling spade a spade? Recently merlin made a giant ass post on reddit trying to explain us "squad way" and the main premise of that post was that PR is too realistic and always aimed at total realism. Now I remember that there's always "gameplay > realism" motto everywhere on this forum.
Seems like these people never understood what made PR so good.
