how to get around error 1322

hello. I changed the graphics parameters in the "Video.con" file, but the game changes the set parameters to the standard ones. When limiting the config with the "read-only" parameter, the game throws error 1322 and refuses to start with a request to remove the restriction.
I want to lower the graphics parameters to make it more comfortable to play. tell me how to get around this error?

You cant. Some settings are restricted as lowering gives you unfair advantages in game.
