Hello,
So i updated the game from v1.6.3.0 to v1.6.3.2 and i just can't run the game. Also, concurrently, updated Windows 10 to 20H2, and i'm running AMD Radeon 20.9.1 (current stable branch). I can normally run PRLauncher and change the settings, but as i click PLAY, PRBF2 never pops up and eventually i get the "PR:BF2 has closed, cleaning up resources". At first it didn't even generated the PRLauncher.log but after tinkering with some settings (specially, disabling Dynamic Super Resolution on Radeon, changing Windows Refresh Rate to 60.000 Hz (new feature on 20H2) and disabling Fullscreen and VSync on game settings) i manage to get 2 different error logs: (logs and events generated on Brazilian Portuguese, posting it translated by me). Code:
Project Reality Log File PRLauncher.exe started at: 2020-10-26T21:40:32 Warning: Error in game thread: 2 > Directory name C:\Program Files (x86)\Project Reality\Project Reality BF2\mods\pr\vars is invalid. Code:

So, i have no ideas left, if any of you have some idea on how to fix it. Thanks in advance. This is my SysInfo from PRLauncher: Code:

This looks like a PRBF2.exe is not starting correctly. Try attaching ProcDump to get more info https://www.realitymod.com/forum/sho...d.php?t=147961
Other than that the Windows update might have broken prbf2. Sadly updates regularly break old applications, but usually Microsoft fixes that eventually. If you can try reverting the Windows Update. |

The "Fault offset" looks like stuff related to creating a windows window. I could probably get more info if you get me a dump

First of all, thanks for the support, guys,
I've been trying procdump for a while, but usually it gives me the "Multiple processes match the specified name." or simply doesn't get the exception ("The process has exited; Dump count not reached."). So i got ProcDumpEx(https://github.com/tedyyu/ProcDumpEx) and run it as Code:
procdumpex.exe -b -e 1 -g -mm -t -w prbf2.exe I took i quick look in WinDbg but i couldn't understand much. Windows 10 20H2 probably just broke the game. |

Get another dump with 32bit procdump, not 64bit. My visual studio is unable to work with this

Here it is, 32 bit procdump: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1z_r...ew?usp=sharing
Indeed, i think this is the proper dump, it generated a bit more information. |

This doesn't look like a crash dump.
maybe that "-t" flag is not what we want. Come to discord, quicker to discuss there. |

Looks like PRBF2.exe is being loaded to a dynamic address, did you enable any windows option to do that?
