prta is known for his lack of "authority" on cheaters, your server your rules if you want to close an eye on him do so ~ A guy (who was proven to be a cheater next day) right after reporting another cheater

Outlawz talked about finishing up maybe nuijamaa v2 but decided to focus on yamalia winter. Devs should have sbeneh 2.0, nuijamaa 2.0, chora, ramadi and masirah, think spyker has dragon fly update.

I also just think masirah would be a waste; I wanted to add new game mechanics to it and they were shot down.

Turn it from a Peninsular to an Island. Turn Minimap into 16km. Limit VD to 1km.

That isn't the issue. Non projected main bases on the island are as they would have the same issue the russians have on beruit. I wanted to set up a system that mean less returning to that base as a vehicle for ammo and repairs while also promoting the flow of gameplay but it was not well received.

4km island is much easier to set up a land base then with a map like beirut. The only issue I can foresee with having flag caps spawning repair stations is just based around the standard convention of server rules not allowing flags with repair stations to be attacked. I think you could do some interesting logistics as a whole with acouple ospreys. But I think for the overall health of the ground fight allowing vehicles to rearm on flags with a repair station would just cause a very fast and unhealth turn around time.
