To be honest,why not,although Ukraine doesn't posses some totally unique army it would be nice addition to PR because of number of other factors.I mean there is ton of NATO factions that are quite similar between themselves,so why not having two eastern conventional armies.

Maps aren't an issue, there's Kozelsk to start with, the Ukrainians could be used in place of the Militia (taking recent events into consideration).

I can get a Design Plan set for you, just need some clear info on what you want, vehicles, weapons, etc.

Update on AAS map. Name-Kharkiv.(2x2 km)
Big city with outskirts, Ukraine is holding the 3 town points, Russia is attacking from the outskirts. Vehicles: Ukraine: 4 UAZ, 2 KrAZ, 1 HMMWV, 2 BTR-7, 1 BTR-4, 2 Shilka's, 2 T-64E, 1 Mi-24. Russia: 2 UAZ, 2 Ural's, 2 BMP-3, 1 2K22 Tunguska, 3 T-90, 1 Mi-28. Ukraine-650 tickets. Russia-600. IMHO looks better then Sbeneh. If we can model it right. Scheme map is down below.

Oops. Left Alpha point is Alpha 2, my fault.

I done it quite quickly and some parts are still missing, I need your e-mail in order to grant you access to edit it as you wish. I done the kits so that they can use as much of the things available in PR as possible. Most of the things that need to be done can be attached by code later on, so there won't be much modeling tasks besides the weapons and vehicles that aren't in-game at all.

Thanks. Email is in PM. Kits are good but IMHO Officer Alt must have AKS-74U, like the Chechens or Insurgents.
And Mi-24 got 6 passenger seats. We'll fix it.

Thanks, and here is a new INS map concept
Map name - Vrubivka.(2x2 km)
Ukraine vehicles: 2 UAZ, 1 supply KrAZ, 2 BTR-3, 2 MT-LBMSh, 1 ZSU-23-4, 1 T-64E and 1 Mi-8.
Chechen vehicles: 7-10 civil cars, 2 DShKM technical, 1 SPG technical,1 Ural ZU-23-2, 2 BMP-1, 1 T-62.
Ukraine have 650 tickets, Chechens-usual 5 caches.
