Default Insufficient UAV altitude on Quan
Description:
Commander UAV is underground...

Steps to Reproduce:
Load Quan
Go Commander
Launch UAV

Screenshots / Video:
post any relevant screenshots, use imageshack / youtube or some other free hosting service.

Tested On:
Quan AAS Std on HOG
Since 0.85 i think... too long ago

Thanks for report, we will just disable UAV on the map.
