4KM maps:
- View distance should be at 800 meter minimum, 1000 meter preferred.
- This is the ideal map size that PR is looking for. It offers a large-scale battlefield with many options and near infinite re-playability. Creating a 4KM map has the biggest chance of inclusion into PR.[/B]

I mean Jets are going to be in the Large Map that's going to be in 4km while I am working on the Standard which is going to 2 km and without jets

Converting a map to a different size is much easier said than done, and it would be tricky for someone who is even an experienced mapper let alone a novice. Not only does it mean merging all the textures, statics etc to the new map size, which really isn't just a copy and paste job, you would also be converting a scale 2 map to a scale 4 map, (2m grid map to a 4m grid map), meaning your terrain detail will become 1/2 as detailed as it was before and t5hat alone will cause serious issues.

If you plan on making a 4km map, you should start it off as a 4km map and then maybe just focus on one area of the map and have that small area be the only playable area, to begin with, then expand it as you go, but this is easier said than done again.

In all, you really need to decide now if this is going to be a 2km map, or a 4km.

Just a mild suggestion, but maybe you can contact one of the developers if you can do a more urgent task regarding the Syrian Army Faction or maps that are already in development?
