Win 7 PR crash when connecting to server

Hello;
I have just updated to 1.4 version yesterday and today i just launched the game everything works perfectly until i try to connect to a server it freeze for some moments then crash (cleaning resources etc.)

i dont know if i will mention above is important or no but after the intro i canbt hear the PR main music i can hear just buttons when you click on them

Main menu is known bug. It seems something is blocking your from reaching our servers, make sure you don't have any firewall,vpn,proxy,anti-virus that is blocking your from reaching our update servers.

I have disabled my fire wall still same problem cleaning reources while connecting to deployment server
EDIT : I cant even create local co op server because its crashes
