you just should play on Co-operative servers, or create a LAN servers to test things out first

Co-Op plays a little different sadly. It's okay for learning, but the best way at the moment appears to be simply to join an infantry squad and go with them, make friends and have them train you on LAN servers or by introducing you to kits and assets on a server that's seeding or if noone else is using them.

The way how I learned to play is to simply go into a server and join a squad. Make some friends and well get yelled at. Unless you are with a group of cool dudes playing and don't mind telling you how things are and should be. Which is nice at times when you meet those bunch of players willing to help you out.
