Win 7 503:failed connecting to server project reality!

i tried to log in trought steam and it say 503:failed connecting to server project reality.I tryed next day later and it say same.I try using VPN but dont know some free but good pls help me

You need to run windows update, or if you have a pirated windows, manually update your certificates: https://letsencrypt.org/certificates/

A common root certificate became invalid last year and was replaced with a new one. Windows update adds the new certificate automatically.

You can just add it manually.
