Can someone help me? I tried reinstall it 3x but its still the same error

Weird. Try reinstalling .net Framework 4.6 or 4.7.2. Never seen this error on Win10, only on Win XP

it doesn't work reinstalling .net framework it still has the same error

Open "Color Management" in windows, go to advanced, and set everything to default.
