Wow, that's incredibly weird. First of all, I'd try to reinstall PR and see if it happens again just to be sure it is indeed the culprit, then go from there.

I can guarantee you this would not reduce diversity, it would completely remove any chance to play anything other than Khami, Kashan, Saaremaa, Muttrah or Pavlovsk. I hate most of these maps just...
