Maybe rotate some wheels a bit to avoid wheels identical texture to stand out so much, to break the pattern. If left like that it would be imported like that.

Looks nice. Add dirt and scratches.
Plus, probably you're gonna need to bake light shadows onto diffuse texture of the model, since bf2 refractor engine isn't so good at simulating them in-game....

- you're only gonna detach smoke tubes from the geometry, it doesn't create a new drawcall. Its not like you'll make them a separate object with its own textures.
