No, cannot reproduce with ALT-F4 - also attempted "End Task" via Task Manager, and did not present this error

Had to use the Exit button (below options) in main menu to get this behavior

You might try disabling exclusive control for your headset (mic and speakers).


Open Windows Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Sound

Then, find your headset under Playback AND Recording,...
