Yes, although would take a lot of work, espically to do it properly. So much work that you're probaly better off making it from scratch if you where to do a proper fully optimised...

That would be illegal without permission from whom ever owns the content you wish to port and you could face legal action doing it without permission. This goes for using/porting anyone's work...

Generally speaking, in PR 1st Person Weapon Models (ie, the model the player is holding, not the model you see other players holding) is around 8k tris, never should be much more than 10k at a push...
