This does not seem to work atm anymore? Any specific inspector version required for it to work? Currently on 2.3.0.13. I also already disabled fullscreen optimization on the executable.

There are close to zero cheaters since BattleEye launched in Y1S3. While meeting obvious cheaters in every second round before BE, I have not encountered a single cheater since it launched.
