You need a VPN to mask your traffic from your ISP/country. Then it cannot be blocked. I highly suggest to not use free VPNs due to privacy concerns.

decalManager.fadeDistance float -> float

Have you considered a stance system similar to Arma 3? I know a lot think it is a bit clunky, but having all those in between stances instead of just prone, crouched and standing really helps to...

On BVP-2 the text is wavy in your texture and on the BMP-3F the text is at an angle and not parallel to the edge

The only spawn bug that I know about is when there is no valid position for the game to spawn you in. Spamming enter/done usually fixes that
