You probably joined a server (SSG maybe) that doesn't require PR account level of 1 or 2, and you tried to join other servers, when you restarted your PC, they require higher account levels.

M21 wont be in large scale use. Special kits will have it only. M79 OSA will be probabbly the HAT kit, but we dont know yet.
