I assume you already have scene with desired pose/animation. Then you just need make ANIMATION selection of all bones, plus all weapon's mesh and just export via same tools for bundlemesh or...

Well. Its already 98%+ tile coverage...2% free space for 2px bleeding and in cause of shape of shells. Anyway i sent mesh with stitched stuff.

Looks like i'm found solution. U can rotate and operate those meshes by using helper-dummy(green) with this hierarchy.
