15-20 minutes gives sufficient time for both teams to establish FOB's and basically set the battle lines as far as the flags go, then the Tanks and CAS come in to spice up the balance which is a good...

I don't think its even up for disputable anymore, sappers and engineers are unfairly punished for others mistakes. Insurgency mode suffers the greatest from the current system of solely punishing...

Agreed, I've always thought the NVA with AKM's was a weird decision AK-47's and Type-57's were all they had as far as AK variants, the RPK I can understand as just a place holder for the RPD.
