This CPU isn't great at singlethread performance, and i suspect it might loose too much on context switching due to too many slow threads.
Try fixing affinity of PRBF2.exe process to few cores....

You need to provide full path to file, if your cmd working directory not in PR root folder.

You don't "file md5".
You must get MD5 checksum from file(s), for example

certutil -hashfile RendDX9.dll MD5
You can either use example command line call i provided, or you can install and use...

Please provide all MD5 checksums of all files in game root folder.
certutil -hashfile <filename> MD5
^^This should do the trick, either use your own tools.

I bet lods matter for crappy PC's only because they have less materials, so less drawcalls. I'm gonna tests on various crappy laptops anyway, but have a feeling even weak GPU wont be bottleneck.

So i disbanded idea of modifying colmeshes, as they doesn't seems to affect fps.
Merging visible meshes produced interesting results through.

Sample is T-city of 15x15 blocks, each 10 floors

Yes. Combined with decreased speed you can hit targets easier.


On Z axis it should be negative value to move it back. So change to -15 or something, play with values.
