PR works on both Win10 and Win11. If this was the only thing preventing you from updating, I would suggest to upgrade to Win10 now ;)

I can not reproduce this on Windows 10. As Windows 7 is getting phased out, we will likely not fix this.

The animation system if broken. You either forgot to copy the animations or did some error when renaming things. In PR the system looks like this

The cause for the crash is very likely your high packet loss. Even 2% loss already will cause out of order packets and weird things to happen in game. 34% is basically like the server disconnecting...

Can you clarify which program closes itself: Is it the Launcher before you can click "Play" or does PRBF2.exe fail to launch after clicking "Play"?

renderer.roadDepthBias -0.0000025


in tmp.con. A higher negative value will make the road render higher...

We consider the extended space as dead-space and will not put anything vital in it. Not everyone has a widescreen monitor so we continue to design HUD for the old 4:3 aspect ratio to have working HUD...

No. It would eat up a slot in the already limited networkable object count. If you want this for a movie, you can ask in community modding how to do it.
