Wow, even if this happens once in half an hour, it's still terrible. You might be better off postponing the release if that's *really* the case with those bugs, coz nothing's gonna undo such a badrep.

I don't doubt you had it right on the nail back in the day, but I tried the top of triangle, I tried bottom, I tried middle of it, I tried "in between 800 and 900 marks" and "in between 700 and 800...

I think I have found the solution. Rather counter intuitive even for a not-so-new player. It's in audio settings of the launcher, you cannot volume up or down, you can switch off officer radio cue.
