OP has issues with installing the update, not downloading it, so using VPN doesn't matter.
OP also edited the first post saying that it was due to not having enough free space on the hard drive.

Are you aware that in this case "\Games" is the main directory of PR? How did you install it?

Did you install it as a BF2 mod? PR doesn't care about your...

Commander rally point is really interesting. It is quite OP, especially if it's really difficult to get supplies, yet no one uses it. I've only seen it being used twice in public games (once by me)...

As Mats said, the BF2 map voting system is hardcoded. If changes are needed, modifying our voting system is a way better option.
