If a rifleman uses the bandage then drops the ammo bag, literally nothing rearms so the ammo bag is completely wasted. If an officer or spotter use all 3 bandages, I'm pretty sure all the bandages...

We shouldn't have to. I don't have to leave a man behind in a jeep to make sure it doesn't self-destruct. If anything, we might have to guard a vehicle to prevent a noob from snatching it.

In a random spot like it does already. Unknown/secondary caches also seem pointless and are vulnerable to cheaters. One cache at a time can be balanced.

Sometimes rally points can be deployed but immediately disappear because they get overrun. The overrun penalty is 5 minutes so I think the deployment/overrun distance checks can be offset to reduce...

I strongly believe noobs are a bad excuse at this point. Are boats worth tickets? I have plenty of anecdotes supporting changing the current settings.

Shallow Water Casualties

If a player is wounded and their body is touching land and water they will bleed out almost immediately.

Maybe the changes enabling prone in shallow water have something to do with this but I...
