I mean, we could add an option if you think its really needed, but CPs for flying outside of vehicle warfare don't make much sense.

Python goes in python/game/__init__.py on the server.
This isn't for maps. We don't have a per-map setting for this.

If you can't do python, don't bother.

The filtering is done in Python, you can't do it easily without modifying our python.

Try installing in a different folder, not in Program Files

PRBF2.exe has no permissions to write into the Project Reality folder. Make sure you run it as admin:
Right click on the PRBF2.exe file -> properties -> Compatbility -> Run as adminstrator

The shortcut is broken for updating.

When you update for the first time, run without the shortcut, the file is in Project Reality/mods/pr/bin/PRLauncher.exe

Open the launcher, click "sign in with Steam".
Forum accounts are not relevant.
You do not need the steam app running, or even installed. You need a Steam account.

That's a CPU with one core (with 2 threads). That's below minimum specs.

Set PRLauncher.exe to higher priority in Task Manager.

edit: Nvm, its a 2 core. Do you have any anti virus that might...
