This happens if there is no .con or the .con does not match the model. The meshviewer reads the positions from .con, so you need to make sure it is correct

Yes, they should be Antenna objects. I dont think we have one for bended antennas like that, but shouldnt be too hard to make one

To put things into perspective, the ZBL-08 has 13k vertices. The cage certainly adds quite a bit. How much is it without cage? There might be some triangles that you can save on cage as well. E.g....

Also the crosshair on 1x periscope shows the zero for the 76mm gun. The Malyutka is guided by center of screen like all other ATGMs

Did FCS on main gun still work?
Did you try shooting coax, getting out and then back in?
Is it a tank that spawns normally on the layer? (No rcon spawner or modified server GPO)

You are probably better off asking this in the microsoft forums. Only advice I can give you is to stick to Win10. It will be supported for quite some time.
