Well, poking around in the dark is one way to do it. Glad you got it sorted!

The proper way to troubleshoot something like this is to change ONE thing, then test - this goes for in-game settings...

FTR, not consistently an issue - worth trying for troubleshooting - I use MSI afterburner and have no issues in PR, getting at 85-100FPS at all times, butter smooth as can be expected in PR.

Seems odd, are you using any on screen display to show FPS and/or latency during gameplay?

Makes me wonder if it's a latency issue. There is a setting in Nvidia Control Panel which can limit the...
