Yep - making models fully invisible is not a solution, what I had on mind was making holled/jagged textures that would effectively distort the silhouette in some random...

Actually my idea comes from old game Tribes 2 (very team and objective oriented with very very diverse player classes) - there was no kills and deaths count, just points, also earned from killing....

After some thinking I guess that applying transparency to last LOD models would be everything needed to counter such issue with long distances, and shouldn't be complex thing to implement and render.

Remove kills from scoreboard

Would it be possible just to remove kill-count, leaving deaths?
Reasoning behind that would be to focus more on objective play, where killing is just a part of it.

That's actually common problem with even modern game engines, it's hard to fix it completely afaik. But we could discuss possibilities. Reducing this long-distance rendering issue would be something...

Floating roads

After recent update, some roads (especially asphalt ones) are floating above the ground in a distance. I've noticed that on disabled terrain LOD.

I do really like this LOD changes, especially the one with terrain. No more levitating models :)
Speaking of viewdistances - has the visibility of a player model has been discussed to counter those...

This how scope looks. I think that might be related to medium quality textures that I'm using. Kinda blurred.

No it doesn't, it's even desirable :)
Personally I found young ppl eager to learn and be tough players - it's nice to play with those. Just communicate and everything should be fine :)
