There is an issue causing the roadshader to crash near intersections which causes FPS drops. Stay away from road heavy maps.

It needs to be fixed on reshade side. PRBF2.exe now uses d3dx9_43.dll, so it probably needs to be changed to that.

If you are still crashing, please try creating a full dump (use -ma instead of -mm with procdump). It will be around 2gb big, but would help us a lot to find the cause.

The PRLauncher does use DirectInput to react to button presses. Maybe this messes with your rebinding. Which software do you use to rebind the keys?

You need a VPN to mask your traffic from your ISP/country. Then it cannot be blocked. I highly suggest to not use free VPNs due to privacy concerns.
