I haven't tested the HAT with my method, but don't the deviation increase as you move your aiming? I do see a trade off with my method though. It takes like a second or two to aim with the HAT and...

Well sir, there's an easy way to prevent that and it is to make it so that if you are going to have someone represent you as a juror, you must decide who "before" you are called in for jury duty.

They uses driver licenses and voter registration to snatch up jurors here in California. I'm not sure about the other stuff. But they can't get you if you don't have a home address, how else can...
