As Zrix said, both PR:A2 and TacBF share the same basis - Arma 1 mission called Devastation made by Dr. Eyeball, who was also a developer of PR:A2.

Shay and me are working on the majority of the things which at this stage are mostly fixing broken stuff.

James is working on improving aspects of the UI as well as missions.
