subpen is based on statics form one of the BF2SF maps where you have to attac a large submarine-harbour, actually a quite nice map imho, though it never got played

512mb vram would still be more than enough considering that the GPU chip really is low end and can't use that much ram ;-)

i really don't think that ARMA2 is the next level, its another version, but i guess it will not be half as radical as PR is compared to BF2, also keep in mind, while the devs are basicly redoing...

allways those strange memory sizes on nvidia cards,actually i meant more, that its not going to work with 512mb vram,interessting info that 896mb seams to be enough.

for the texture crashes its important how much V-Ram you have, only set the textures to HIGH if you have 1024GB of Vram (for Crossfire/SLI setups you need 1GB of Grafic-Ram per GPU)

i simply do create signatues/avatars when i if find suitable images, give me usable shots (soldier close ups, hq/high res (otherwise the seperation from the background does not work)) and you'll get...

yep, i allready wanted to do some new ones but got stuck and the style i currenly use (with the soldiers popping out of the image) is a bit difficult, couse i need screens where noting is too...
