run the prbf2.exe executable one time from inside the windows explorer.

..\Program Files (x86)\Project Reality\Project Reality BF2\PRBF2.exe

It will oad, then tell you you have to start it...

Game is a beautiful piece of art, however you have to run around like a mouse on MDMA constantly , and that is by design.
