Error 1321 was caused by the same thing that triggered check-localization errors (missing ESC delimiters in the indicated lines).

For in-game testing, you can just copy any existing language localization and edit the first entry in prlauncher.utxt to properly display your language in launcher language options.

ARF speaking French in Somalia makes absolutely 0 sense. Arabic has a similar role to the role of Latin in medieval Europe. I think the choice is quite obvious.

This announcement refers to a different version, v1.7.0.0. The change you are talking about was added 4 months later. It was not hidden in any way; on the contrary, it is a part of the v1.7.1.0...

Open prbf2_w32ded.bat in notepad and make sure it says

prbf2_w32ded.exe +modPath mods/pr
and NOT
prbf2_w32ded.exe +modPath mod/pr

The maplist itself works the way it is setup by default...
