Questions:

Should Brazil have performed better?

Will Germany become the new Brazil?

The Great Leader, will he decide only to excecute half the N Korean team now?

Re: 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa

germany just LOOKED good because they were playing a dire team
Brazil have no excuse for doing so poorly.

Re: 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa

indeed, with dprk being 105th, this is easily a massive upset for the brazilians. not very confident in their winning ability now.

NKs matches with ivory coast and portugal will be very interesting

I don't think they played poorly at all, park the bus like that and any team will struggle to break them down which I think will be demonstrated further when the Portuguese and Ivory Coast play them.

Good job on scoring for the DPRK though, again, wouldn't bet against them now.

Brazil didn't play particularly poorly, it's tough to beat 3 vs 1 every time. Robinho's set up was one of the best goals I've seen in a while, precision goal. Brazil didn't play badly, I was rooting for NK, they played with a lot of heart which is respectable, but Brazil played a decent match against a poor team. You can only play so well against such a defensive team like North Korea.

Bloody right they´ll be. This World Cup is sooo unpredictable. I´m gonna have to be really careful where I put my money. ( Cameroon, and Italy failed me ).

Just remember though - Ivory coast are Irelands subs for the World Cup ( Mirrored Flags ) so I hope they get to play France at some stage and kick their arses good and proper ( especially Henry´s).

Typicall of that cheating fecking lout to belt the ball off of the Uruguay players arm and then start shouting handball.

Just goes to show - France can´t win a game without a "helping hand"....

Yeah :D

I'm assuming there must've been some lucky camper who bet even as little as a hundred dollars on them scoring once and ended up with enough money to buy a house from the odds :p

The reason I type it like that is because of your location.

Also, the DPRK keeper sucks. Why wasn't he on the post for that first goal? This could have been a tie!

rangedReCon 2010-06-16 01:39

Re: 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa

I think it was more worried about the possibility of a cross and if he was closer to the post he would have taken longer to move into position to stop a strike from the front.

Meh, in all honesty it was a really, really good spot, and the goalkeeper was didn't have time to react. He though Maicon was going to simply pass it back to center considering he had so little room to maneuver.

Edit: Dammit ranged, Ninja'd :p

man brasil sucked. tho the dprk defense was very good.

Heh, I just thought to myself how ironic it was that when People are placed between Democratic and Republic--or to extend the metaphor--between democrats and republicans, that the initial thought that comes to mind is "repression".

:p

I put a bet on DPRK winning, odds at 20-1 and i could easily have seen it happening: Brasil getting frustrated by the tight korean defence and korea scoring a lucky goal on the break...if only :p

omg seriously wtf at this rate zhe germans are gonna conquest the world, nooooo. Id rather the swiss win than having YET ANOTHER DRAW >.<

But thats whats so great about football everything can happen. One time the Danish won the European cup after they did not even qualify and joined up because the Yugoslavians were busy having a war.

Rob Green is still the utterly incompetent keeper, however.
